标准展位规则与条例
- For late and on site orders, we are unable to guarantee and responsible for furniture and lighting availability. However if we can accommodate your request there will be 50% surcharge.
对于逾期或现场下单的订单，主办方无法保证家具及灯具的供应情况，亦不承担相关责任。如仍可安排，将加收50%附加费。 - Orders will be completed and processed when full payment is received before deadline.
所有订单须在截止日期前完成全额付款后方可处理及执行。 - Hammering, screwing, drilling, painting or nailing on any aluminum frames and existing panels of the Shell Scheme booth is not allowed, in default hereof the exhibitor or contractor shall be liable for the total loss resulting therefore.
严禁在标准展位（Shell Scheme）的铝制结构及现有展板上进行敲打、拧螺丝、钻孔、上漆或钉钉等操作。如有违反，参展商或承包商须承担因此造成的全部损失。 - If you wish to change the position of the showcases and lights later than the deadline and on site we are unable to guarantee or responsible on whether we are able to deliver your request. Additional cost may incur for changes of the position for both furniture and lights after deadline and on site.
如在截止日期后或现场要求更改展示柜及灯具的位置，主办方无法保证是否能够满足该要求。如进行更改，家具及灯具的位置调整将产生额外费用。 - Relocate of all or specific furniture or lighting (on site) is chargeable at MYR900.00 + 6% SST per move.
现场重新摆放全部或部分家具或灯具，每次调整收费为MYR900.00 + 6% 销售与服务税（SST）。 - Any illegal connection and adaption be found will be fine per connection with 50% surcharge.
如发现任何非法接驳或改装，每个连接点将被罚款，并加收50%附加费。
