Rules & Regulations 规则与条例:

• Exhibitors must seal their exhibits before placed their exhibits in the Strong Room. Organiser held no responsible for the improper packing exhibits in the event of loss or theft.
  参展商必须在将展品放入保险库前进行封装。若因包装不当导致遗失或被盗，主办方概不负责。

• Arrangement of deposit and withdrawal must be solely made with the Organiser only.
  所有存入及提取安排必须仅通过主办方进行。

• Only the authorized personnel (as registered above) are allowed to deposit and withdraw the exhibits. No third party will allowed to deposit or withdraw exhibits for the Exhibiting Company registered herewith.
  仅限上述登记的授权人员可进行展品的存入及提取。任何第三方均不允许代表本参展公司进行存取。

• Exhibitors who utilize the strong room facilities should bear all the risks including loss & damage of their exhibit.
  使用保险库设施的参展商须自行承担包括展品遗失及损坏在内的所有风险。

• Exhibitors who request special arrangement are welcome to contact the Organiser.
  如需特别安排，参展商可联系主办方。
