Rules & Regulations:

• Exhibitors must seal their exhibits before placed their exhibits in the Strong Room. Organiser held no responsible for the improper packing exhibits in the event of loss or theft.

• Arrangement of deposit and withdrawal must be solely made with the Organiser only.

• Only the authorized personnel (as registered above) are allowed to deposit and withdraw the exhibits. No third party. will allowed to deposit or withdraw exhibits for the Exhibiting Company registered herewith.

• Exhibitors who utilize the strong room facilities should bear all the risks including loss & damage of their exhibit.

• Exhibitors who request special arrangement are welcome to contact the Organiser.
