1. General Statement:

• • ALL FEES PAID FOR ENTRY INTO THE MIVA WORLD EXCELLENT CUP ARE ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER, except as explicitly and solely determined by the organizer’s unappealable decision. Payment of the entry fee constitutes irrevocable agreement to this policy. Contestants acknowledge that participation involves significant administrative and preparatory costs, thereby precluding any entitlement to reimbursement, regardless of outcome or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Refund Method:

• • Should a refund be exceptionally granted, which remains within the sole and absolute discretion of the organizer, it will be issued via the original method of payment, LESS ANY APPLICABLE ADMINISTRATIVE FEES. No cash refunds will be provided. The organizer reserves the right to substitute a refund with a credit voucher applicable to future events, at its sole option. The timeframe for processing any such refund will be determined by the organizer and may be subject to delays due to banking procedures or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 days.

3. Non-refundable Situations:

• • Disqualification: If a participant is disqualified or unable to compete for any reason determined by the organizer, no refund will be issued.
  • Withdrawal: If a participant withdraws from the competition, the entry fee will not be refunded.
  • Competition Changes: No refunds will be issued if the date, time, or location of the competition is changed, provided the competition still occurs.

1. 4. Event Cancellation:

• • In the event that the MIVA World Excellent Cup is canceled, the organizer reserves the right to offer a partial refund, a credit towards a future event, or no refund, depending on the specific circumstances causing the cancellation.

5. Exceptions:

• • Refunds may be considered if the event is canceled due to an error on the organizer’s part. All such requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and are subject to review and approval by the organizer.

6. Refund Procedure

Step 1: Submit Refund Request
Complete the Refund Service Request Form and submit it to the organizer via email at [email protected] or in person.

Step 2: Verification Process
Form Review: The finance department will assess the completeness and accuracy of the submitted form. Incomplete forms will be returned to the participant with a notification via email, SMS, or phone call.

Verification Outcome:
Approved: Verified forms will proceed to the refund process.
Rejected: Participants will receive an email detailing the reasons for rejection and perhaps the instructions for resubmission.

Step 3: Refund Process
Successful Refund: Participants will be notified via email upon successful completion of the refund.
Failed Refund of incompletion of information: If the refund fails, the organizer will request of resubmission of the form or additional documentation.

Additional Notes
Refunds will only be processed to the account or entity named on the original payee.
Participants may opt to retain the refund amount as a credit with the organizer for future competitions or events by indicating this preference on the Refund Service Request Form.

7. Fraud Investigations:

• • The MIVA World Excellent Cup has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. The Organizer maintains the absolute right to conduct a comprehensive fraud investigation if any aspect of a participant’s registration, payment, or participation raises concerns or suspicions, as determined solely by the Organizer.
  • During the pendency of any such investigation, all potential refunds or reimbursements are immediately frozen and will remain so until the investigation is definitively concluded. If the investigation reveals evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, or any other form of illicit activity, the participant shall forfeit all fees paid and may be subject to immediate disqualification from the competition and future events. The Organizer may also seek civil and criminal penalties to the fullest extent of the law. Participants agree to fully cooperate with any such investigation.

8. Other Conditions:

• • The organizer is not responsible for refunds due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the event website.

9. Amendments to the Policy

• • The Company reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Updates will be made available on our official website or communicated directly to clients.
