Exhibitor Badges will be provided to Exhibitors at no cost up to a certain quantity according to the entitlement (based on size of booth) of each exhibitors. Exhibitor Badges will be issued strictly to booth personnel, staff manning the booth only and should be worn at all times during exhibition period. No other personnel should be wearing the Exhibitor Badges; the Organizer reserves the right to confiscate any misused badges. Please see FORM 2 for details of exhibitor badges.
All visitors must complete an official registration form before registering for Visitor Badges. Registered identity must match with their Personal Identity Certificate (I/C). Visitor must wear Visitor Badges at all times during the visiting period. Visitors may be required to show Identity Certificate when deem necessary.
For the purpose of construction and the moving of exhibits, temporary contractor badges will be issued to those approved un-official contractors and their workmen for entry to the Exhibition Halls during build-up and tear-down period only. Where a contractor has a valid reason to be present during the Exhibition period (eg. Maintenance or remedial purposes) a limited number of special badges will be issued upon request. Please see FORM 5 for details of Contractor passes.
Organizer will be responsible for daily cleaning of stand carpets and gangways during the exhibition period. During build-up and tear down period, exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their own materials and rubbish. Storage of empty boxes or packaging materials inside the hall is strictly prohibited at all times. The exhibitor is responsible for maintaining his own booth in a tidy condition at all times.
24-hour security guards will be arranged by the Organizers to secure the safety of exhibits within the venue throughout the show days. However, the Organizer is not responsible for ensuring that Exhibitors’ property are securely stored or are in safe custody during the Exhibition (including the move and move out periods). Exhibitors should pay extra attention to their exhibitors during movie-in and move-out period. Exhibitors can hire their own security guards if necessary. All articles and exhibits shall solely be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that showcase , cupboard, drawers, etc. should be emptied contents packed after the closing of the show daily. Exhibitors should be responsible for the security of exhibits and personal belongings themselves and purchase necessary insurance for their status, exhibits and public safety. The Organizers undertakes no financial or legal responsibility for any injury of exhibitors, loss and damage of personal belongings and exhibits.
Every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizer to ensure the security and safety of the Hall and the adjacent are a ouhours. However the show Organizer will not accept liability and will not be under any liability to Exhibitors or their e mployees or agents in respect of any direct or indirect damages, loss, theft or damage to any exhibit, person or property arising out of or in any way connected with the Exhibition. Therefore, Exhibitors must insure their exhibits against such loss or theft and damage, including risk of fire throughout all stages from the time their exhibits leave their based up to the final disposal after the exhibition.
The Organizer will provide a limited space for temporary exhibit storage. Exhibitors MUST seal their exhibits before placing their exhibits in the Storage. Arrangement of deposit and withdrawal must be sole ly made with the Organizer only.

* Each company must assign maximum 2 authorized persons to withdraw or deposit exhibit. Deposit or withdrawal of exhibits should be handled by authorized personnel only with proven credentials issue by organizer.
* All exhibits stored in the Exhibition Temporary Storage at any time are at exhibitor’s own risk. Exhibitors who utilize the storage facilities should bear all the risks including loss & damage of their exhibit.

All visitors are required to complete a Disembarkation Card which is given out on all inbound Malaysian Airlines’ flights. In addition, a Travelers Declaration Form (TDF) must be filled in by all arriving and departing travelers (including children) regardless of the amount of currency carried. The TDF form is given out on all inbound Malaysian Airlines’ flights and at check -in counters. It should be handed to the immigrations oflcer together with the disembarkation card and passport.

The Malaysia Ringgit (RM) is issued in notes of denominations of RM 100, RM 50, RM 20, RM 10, RM 5, RM 2, and RM 1. There are coins of 50, 20, 10 and 5 cent. Credit cards are popular; VISA, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club are well established in all urban centers. Banking hours (except for states of Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu) are from 9.30 am – 3.30pm on Monday to Friday. All commercial banks are authorized foreign exchange dealers, and licensed money changers are found in urban centers, key entry/exit points and shopping complexes. Foreign currency and travelers’ cheque can also be exchanged at major hotel for nominal fee.

Taxis are usually metered in Peninsular Malaysia but not in Sabah & Sarawak. Higher rates apply between 12 midnight to 6.00 am. Major international car hire firms also operate in Malaysia.
Payment schedule for Shell Scheme Stand or for Raw Space only as the case shall be in accordance with the conditions specifie d in the Contract Form. Exhibitors will not be allowed to occupy Space / Stands until full payment have been received by the Organizer.
