For late and on site orders, we are unable to guarantee and responsible for furniture and lighting availability. However if we can accommodate your request there will be 50% surcharge.

Orders will be completed and processed when full payment is received before deadline.

Hammering, screwing, drilling, painting or nailing on any aluminum frames and existing panels of the Shell Scheme booth is not allowed, in default hereof the exhibitor or contractor shall be liable for the total loss resulting therefore.

If you wish to change the position of the showcases and lights later than the deadline and on site we are unable to guarantee or responsible on whether we are able to deliver your request. Additional cost may incur for changes of the position for both furniture and lights after deadline and on site.

Relocate of all or specific furniture or lighting (on site) is chargeable at MYR200.00 per move.

Any illegal connection and adaption be found will be fine per connection with 50% surcharge.
