IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL EXHIBITORS
所有参展商重要须知

1. Exhibition Badges 展览证件

Exhibitors, Contractors & visitors will be identified by badges issued by the Organizer. Badges are valid for the duration of build up/ move-in, exhibition days and dismantle/move-out period (whenever applicable). For security purposes, exhibitors and contractors are required to wear their badges at all time including move-in and move-out.

参展商、承包商及访客均须佩戴由主办单位发出的证件以供识别。证件在布展/进场、展览期间以及撤展/退场期间(如适用)均为有效。基于安全考虑,所有参展商及承包商在进场及撤场期间亦必须全程佩戴证件。

1. Exhibitor Badges 参展商证

Exhibitor Badges will be provided to Exhibitors at no cost up to a certain quantity according to the entitlement (based on size of booth) of each exhibitors. Exhibitor Badges will be issued strictly to booth personnel, staff manning the booth only and should be worn at all times during exhibition period. No other personnel should be wearing the Exhibitor Badges; the Organizer reserves the right to confiscate any misused badges.

参展商证将根据各参展商的展位面积配额免费提供一定数量。该证件仅限展位工作人员使用,并须在整个展览期间全程佩戴。严禁其他人员使用参展商证,主办单位有权没收任何被滥用的证件。

2. Visitor Badges 访客证

All visitors must complete an official registration form before registering for Visitor Badges. Registered identity must match with their Personal Identity Certificate (I/C). Visitor must wear Visitor Badges at all times during the visiting period. Visitors may be required to show Identity Certificate when deem necessary.

所有访客须先完成官方注册表格方可申请访客证。登记身份必须与个人身份证件(I/C)一致。访客在参观期间须全程佩戴证件,并在必要时出示身份证明。

3. Contractor Badges 承包商证

For the purpose of construction and the moving of exhibits, temporary contractor badges will be issued to those approved un-official contractors and their workmen for entry to the Exhibition Halls during build-up and tear-down period only. Where a contractor has a valid reason to be present during the Exhibition period (eg. Maintenance or remedial purposes) a limited number of special badges will be issued upon request. 为方便搭建及展品搬运,经批准的非官方承包商及其工作人员将获发临时承包商证,仅限布展及撤展期间进入展馆。如承包商需在展览期间进入(如维修或调整),可申请有限数量的特别证件。请点击此处填写承包商证件资料表。

2. Stand Cleaning 展位清洁

Organizer will be responsible for daily cleaning of stand carpets and gangways during the exhibition period. During build-up and tear down period, exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their own materials and rubbish. Storage of empty boxes or packaging materials inside the hall is strictly prohibited at all times. The exhibitor is responsible for maintaining his own booth in a tidy condition at all times.

主办单位将负责展览期间每日清洁展位地毯及公共通道。在布展及撤展期间,参展商须自行清理其材料及垃圾。展馆内严禁存放空箱或包装材料。参展商须随时保持展位整洁。

3. Security 安全

24-hour security guards will be arranged by the Organizers to secure the safety of exhibits within the venue throughout the show days. However, the Organizer is not responsible for ensuring that Exhibitors’ property are securely stored or are in safe custody during the Exhibition (including the move and move out periods). Exhibitors should pay extra attention to their exhibitors during movie-in and move-out period. Exhibitors can hire their own security guards if necessary. All articles and exhibits shall solely be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that showcase , cupboard, drawers, etc. should be emptied contents packed after the closing of the show daily. Exhibitors should be responsible for the security of exhibits and personal belongings themselves and purchase necessary insurance for their status, exhibits and public safety. The Organizers undertakes no financial or legal responsibility for any injury of exhibitors, loss and damage of personal belongings and exhibits.

主办单位将在展览期间安排24小时保安服务,以保障展馆内展品安全。然而,主办单位不对参展商财物的保管或安全承担责任(包括进场及撤场期间)。参展商须在进出场期间特别注意其展品安全,并可根据需要自行聘请保安人员。

所有展品及物品均由参展商自行负责。建议每日展览结束后清空展示柜、抽屉等并妥善保管。参展商应自行承担展品及个人物品的安全责任,并购买必要保险。主办单位对任何人身伤害或财产损失概不承担法律或财务责任。

4. Insurance Liability and Risks 保险、责任及风险

Every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizer to ensure the security and safety of the Hall and the adjacent are a ouhours. However the show Organizer will not accept liability and will not be under any liability to Exhibitors or their e mployees or agents in respect of any direct or indirect damages, loss, theft or damage to any exhibit, person or property arising out of or in any way connected with the Exhibition. Therefore, Exhibitors must insure their exhibits against such loss or theft and damage, including risk of fire throughout all stages from the time their exhibits leave their based up to the final disposal after the exhibition.

主办单位将采取合理措施保障展馆及周边区域的安全,但不对任何直接或间接损失、失窃或损坏承担责任。参展商须自行投保,包括展品从出发至展后处理期间的所有风险(包括火灾等)。

5. Set Up Schedule 布展时间

The Organizer will arrange designated set up periods for both contractors and exhibitors at Hall 1 – Hall 4. All participants are required to follow the assigned schedule strictly to ensure smooth operations and safety within the exhibition halls.

主办单位将在1号至4号展馆安排指定布展时间。所有参展商及承包商须严格遵守,以确保现场运作顺畅及安全。

Note 备注:

*Exhibitors are required to follow the assigned schedule strictly and collect their badges at Hall 2 before entering the exhibition halls.
参展商须严格遵守时间安排,并在进入展馆前到2号馆领取证件。

*Early arrival is not encouraged. Entry to the hall will only be permitted when booths are properly prepared and ready for set up.
不建议提前到达,只有在展位准备就绪后方可进入展馆布展。

6. Storage 存储

The Organizer will provide a limited space for temporary exhibit storage. Exhibitors MUST seal their exhibits before placing their exhibits in the Storage. Arrangement of deposit and withdrawal must be sole ly made with the Organizer only.

主办单位将提供有限的临时存储空间。参展商在存放展品前必须妥善密封。所有存取安排须仅通过主办单位进行。

Note 备注:

* Each company must assign maximum 2 authorized persons to withdraw or deposit exhibit. Deposit or withdrawal of exhibits should be handled by authorized personnel only with proven credentials issue by organizer.
每家公司最多可指定2名授权人员进行存取操作,且须出示主办单位发出的有效证明。

* All exhibits stored in the Exhibition Temporary Storage at any time are at exhibitor’s own risk. Exhibitors who utilize the storage facilities should bear all the risks including loss & damage of their exhibit.
存放于临时存储区的展品风险由参展商自行承担,包括遗失或损坏。

8. Immigration Entry / Exit Control 出入境管理

All visitors are required to complete a Disembarkation Card which is given out on all inbound Malaysian Airlines’ flights. In addition, a Travelers Declaration Form (TDF) must be filled in by all arriving and departing travelers (including children) regardless of the amount of currency carried. Permitted currency limits are as follows:

所有访客须填写入境卡(航班上发放)。此外,所有入境及出境旅客(包括儿童)均须填写旅客申报表(TDF)。货币携带规定如下:

  • A resident is permitted to carry in to Malaysia, ringgit notes not exceeding RM 1,000 each and any amount in foreign currency and travelers’ cheque.
    居民入境: 马币不超过RM1,000;外币不限
  • A resident is permitted to carry out of Malaysia, Ringgit Malaysia not exceeding RM1,000 each; and Foreign currency and travelers’ cheque which equivalent value does not exceed USD10, 000 each.
    居民出境: 马币不超过RM1,000;外币不超过USD10,000
  • A non-resident is permitted to carry in to Malaysia, Ringgit Malaysia not exceeding RM1,000 each; Any amount in foreign currency and travelers’ cheque, but must be declared in IMM26 form if the total amount exceeded USD10,000.
    非居民入境: 马币不超过RM1,000;外币超过USD10,000须申报
  • A non-resident is permitted to carry out of Malaysia, Ringgit Malaysia not exceeding RM1,000 each; and foreign currency including travelers’ cheque not exceeding the amount brought into Malaysia.
    非居民出境: 马币不超过RM1,000;外币不得超过入境金额

The TDF form is given out on all inbound Malaysian Airlines’ flights and at check -in counters. It should be handed to the immigrations oflcer together with the disembarkation card and passport.

TDF表格可于航班或机场柜台领取,并须与护照一并提交。

9. Climate & Local Time 气候与时间

Typically equatorial with the range of 23°C – 37°C; Malaysian time is 8 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

马来西亚属赤道气候,气温通常介于23°C至37°C之间。当地时间为GMT+8。

10. Currency & Banking 货币与银行

The Malaysia Ringgit (RM) is issued in notes of denominations of RM 100, RM 50, RM 20, RM 10, RM 5, RM 2, and RM 1. There are coins of 50, 20, 10 and 5 cent. Credit cards are popular; VISA, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club are well established in all urban centers. Banking hours (except for states of Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu) are from 9.30 am – 3.30pm on Monday to Friday. All commercial banks are authorized foreign exchange dealers, and licensed money changers are found in urban centers, key entry/exit points and shopping complexes. Foreign currency and travelers’ cheque can also be exchanged at major hotel for nominal fee.

马来西亚货币为马币(RM),面额包括RM100、50、20、10、5、2及1元,硬币为50、20、10及5分。信用卡(VISA、MasterCard、American Express、Diners Club)广泛使用。银行营业时间(吉打、吉兰丹、登嘉楼除外)为周一至周五上午9:30至下午3:30。各大银行均提供外汇服务,兑换点分布于城市、机场及商场。

12. Payment Terms & Conditions 付款条款

Payment schedule for Shell Scheme Stand or for Raw Space only as the case shall be in accordance with the conditions specifie d in the Contract Form. Exhibitors will not be allowed to occupy Space / Stands until full payment have been received by the Organizer.

展位费用(标准展位或空地)须依合同规定付款。在未完成全额付款前,参展商不得使用展位。

All exhibitors are required to clear all charges incurred during the exhibition, on-site order of furniture, facilities and services in advance. Crossed cheque or Telegraphic Transfer should be made payable to:

1. Balance Payment 尾款支付

All outstanding booth and Additional Order (AO) payments must be fully settled on or before 15 May 2026. The Organizer will not accept any cheque payments onsite or after 31 May 2026.

所有展位费用及附加订单(Additional Order, AO)必须在2026年5月15日或之前全额支付。主办单位将不接受现场或2026年5月31日之后的支票付款。

    • Any payments made onsite must be settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) cash only or via credit card, subject to applicable charges.
      现场付款仅接受马来西亚令吉(MYR)现金或信用卡支付,并可能产生额外手续费。
    • Exhibitors who fail to complete the required payments within the stipulated timeline will not be permitted to enter the exhibition hall.

      未在规定期限内完成付款的参展商,将不被允许进入展馆。

2. Additional Order 附加订单

All exhibitors are expected to have submitted their additional orders prior to the event. For clarity, any additional orders placed onsite will be subject to a 50% surcharge on the standard rates.

Exhibitors are strongly advised to finalize all requirements in advance to avoid additional costs and ensure smooth event operations.

所有参展商应在展会前提交附加订单。任何现场提交的附加订单,将在标准价格基础上加收50%附加费用。

强烈建议参展商提前确认所有需求,以避免额外费用并确保活动顺利进行。
